Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations– Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. A minimal processing fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Refunds– Refunds are only processed in case of order cancellation within 24 hours, subject to 10% deduction. No refunds will be issued outside of this window.

Exchanges– Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

Additional non-returnable items:

• Wrong size delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Wrong item delivered

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items- If you receive a damaged or defective product please contact us immediately upon delivery with photographic evidence. We will resolve it promptly.

Governing Law- This policy is governed by the laws of India.
